What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, company (optional), budget (optional), and the message you send. Our server logs requests with IP address and user agent for thirty days for abuse prevention. That is everything.
What we use it for
To reply to your inquiry. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not pass your information to third parties, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Where it lives
Contact submissions are delivered to our email provider and stored in a private inbox readable by the three people who handle client intake. Server logs live on Vercel. We do not run an analytics platform, a session replay tool, or a retargeting pixel.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained as long as the conversation is active, then archived for up to two years in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing [email protected].
Cookies
The site does not set cookies. We rely on short-lived request logs, not browser storage, for debugging.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
